Cost management has a source availability banner to help communicate issues to customers.  After this enhancement was created sources were enhanced to have a "paused" state so that data would be kept for a certain period of time. The availability banner logic may not have been updated to support this state. While this source may have an issue due to the owners removing privileges or a token expiring its not necessary to inform the user when the source is paused.
