In order to avoid as much duplication of data as possible in the scenario a source is created, removed and then subsequently recreated, we will only process data to SWATCH from midnight of the day prior to source creation forwards.

Example: if source is created 2023-08-15 at 10:00 AM, the pipeline will only send SWATCH data from 2023-08-14 onwards.
