After the recent updates of Azure CCSP definitions (COST-3933), we will need to add support for alternative Azure CCSPs to Nise to improve the coverage of testing.

Ideally, if we could specify publisher_name and publisher_type for CCSP generator in yaml file. If not specified, it would default to the publisher_name = "Microsoft" and publisher_type = "Marketplace" (as it is now).

Optionally, it would be great to have an option to switch it somehow (by some value in yaml) to random choice -> similarly as it is done in this PR https://github.com/project-koku/nise/pull/455/files But this is not required,...
