Currently the API only allows data to be pulled that is already grouped by common values of Cluster, Node, Project or Tag. 

The customer needs to export data to another system for 12 month retention and analysis and be able to support queries from that system including individual pod costs and metadata for the pod (namespace, node, labels, etc..)
