Context

A client is looking to export data from the Cost Mgmt dashboard to show back costs to their finance team (export to start, later may use API once confidence is built)  They use tags to track business units and chargeback codes.

Problem

While we are able to export reports with good consumption data, tags used to filter the report are not exported.  We are able to see and filter tags in the dashboard, this is just about exporting data.
