The "Cost by default projects" card for the "Distribute overhead costs" feature does not always reflect the "Overhead cost" selection. It appears that the ReportSummaryItems component only updates with new cost reports.

1. go to ocp details
2. with sum platform costs
3. click on the "Platform" project to go to breakdown
4. There is a card only for special project wich is Cost by default projects
5. this shows up the cost of the default projects inside this "Platform" project when the toogle is on
6. This card is not updated when we change the overhead Dropdown in the breakdown page.
7. Going back to details, changing the dropdown to don't distribute and going to the breakdown again shows new values
