COST-3668 describes a case where clusters are living in a cloud account that was not added to Sources.

While discussing  COST-574 (and specifically, COST-3592), we also noticed we should be reporting when the data was last processed.

Let's add an info tab in the Cluster view where we show some useful information such as:

• Last time data was reported
• Last time data was (re)processed. Sometimes we re-process past data.
• CMMO version, and whether there's an update available. Bonus points if we link this to "with the new version of the CMMO you will get cool feature X"
• Where this cluster is running (what cloud/on-prem and what account), e. g. "AWS ap-south-1, source X, account 0123456789"
• What cost model is attached to this cluster, if any. If none, say "implicit cost model".
