The Cost Explorer includes a date picker that allows Mr User to select the reporting period but the OpenShift, AWS, Azure, and GCP pages do not so on those pages, you can only see data for the current month.

This date picker is useful because you may want to get the AWS cost breakdown, cost by regions, etc for a different period of time.

Let's add the date picker to the OpenShift, AWS, Azure, and GCP pages.
