Customers can export data from Cost Management using CSV downloads or API requests. Both of them result in a CSV or JSON with a number of fields and values.

Since we do not describe what those fields are anywhere, several customers trying to build their own reports have been asking what those fields mean. Let's give them a data dictionary.
