      Details

      Customer would like to know what PVCs correspond to what namespace. They would also like to have some details, e. g. size, storageclass, namespace, cluster, so that they can construct a bill according usage.

      We could provider a group by option on api/cost-management/v1/reports/openshift/volumes/ (https://console.redhat.com/docs/api/cost-management/v1#operations-OpenShift%20Reports-getOpenShiftVolumeReports) that gives data per PVC.
