Expectation :
A tool, to help customers, to collect data/logs/details, similar to what VMcore collects (by crashing the system)?  The important point is such data collection, but "without crashing/rebooting the server".

Details:

Customer complains that, it is difficult for them to crash any of their production machines in-order to collect VMcore. The difficulty is in "crashing system" + "VMcore" always requires the server to be exhibiting the problem which will be during business hours. Hence to avoid that crash, but still be able to collect data when issue is occuring, during the business hours, a tool is requested by the customer
