Create a test verifying that OCP volume capacity respects group_bys

Basically, we need a ocp yaml with two projects within one cluster. Each project should have own volume with different capacity.

The test should verify that each project has correct capacity values in volumes report grouped by project

/api/cost-management/v1/reports/openshift/volumes/?group_by[project]=*

Rather than creating a dedicated test for this case, it could be part of some new OCP raw calc test.
