Add the credential secret to the namespace where the operator will be deployed on the stage cluster.

Update the deploy.yml with the necessary namespace values for stage namespace:

Add the needed custom resource so that the operator points to the credential secret for upload and is setup with a meaningful source name for the operator to create.
