Create the necessary vault secret with the "service account" user to the internal RH account on console.redhat.com.

Add the secret to the namespace where the operator will be deployed.

Update the deploy.yml with the necessary namespace values for ephemeral:

Add the needed custom resource so that the operator points to the credential secret for upload and is setup with a meaningful source name for the operator to create.
