When attempting to filter cost models by source type, no item can be selected from the "Filter by source type" drop-down list. The item is shaded, but not actually selected.

Steps to reproduce:

• stage beta, cost-demo user
• navigate to cost model page
• Toggle the filter drop-down to "Source type"
• try to select any item from "Filter by source type" drop down
