Many users use Cost Management to generateper-project cost reports for the past month, which they use to generate internal bills.

To do this, they need to use either the "Past month to date" or "Last 60 days" report, and remove the data they are not interested in.

Since "Past month" is such a frequent use case, let's add it.

If we need to get rid of one of the current reports so that the UI does not get too cluttered, I'd remove the 60 days one
