[Case 03358089] Customer stating data is inconsistent within CMM reporting.

      When the customer drills down to a specific namespace within CMM they are seeing one value per namespace, in this case it's a higher cost. But when they look at the aggregated cost of the cluster that cost is lower. See attached screenshosts.
