Currently cost data can only be exported as a CSV file.

Customer needs to be able to expose metrics of Red Hat Cost Managment in prometheus format to export data to another monitoring system.

This will help centralize all metrics of infrastructure in a single point (like grafana). Also, useful to integrate Cost Management into AlertManager.
