The run phase of cost of running OpenShift adds new screens to the cost model wizard to define cost models for idle and platform cost distribution, i. e. we go from 1 screen to 3 screens:

• 1 screen for distribution of cost of user workloads
• 1 screen for distribution of cost of control plane
• 1 screen for distribution of cost of unallocated capacity
