When the user visits a page with an AWS perspective, we immediately cache the "Show cost as" value in local storage and add a query param to the page URL. We do this in order to show the same value across multiple pages. However, if the user updates the "Show cost as" value in account settings, it requires the session to be invalidated (logout) before a new value can be applied to those pages.

Ideally, refreshing the page would clear local storage and the default "Show cost as" value shown. And only cache the "Show cost as" value after it has been changed in the page.
