We still have many references to presto after upgrading to trino. We should ensure we convert all names from presto to trino.

The PRESTO_{HOST|PORT} could be removed entirely in favor of pulling the info from the cdappconfig.json. This requires us to 1. rename presto -> trino in our deploy file in app-interface. 2. add trino as a dependency in our clowdapp. 3. update our settings to pull the info from the cdappconfig.
