For OCP details, the "no-project" checkbox is disabled. However, the user may choose to "select-all items" or "select all items in the page" via the bulk selector.

As a result, the export modal shows "no-project" as an exportable project. There is no error when downloading the CSV, but this option should not be exported.

Since the table is paginated, we don't know if we have "no-project" on another page. Therefore, it's problematic to change the item counts in the bulk selector. However, we can omit "no-project" from the export modal.
