The overview cost chart currently combines the forecast and cone of confidence into one legend item. When you click on this, both data series are hidden.

We want to separate the two and represent each data series as individual legend items, as shown in the tooltip. Now when users hover or click on the legend item, they can be shown/hidden individually.
