1. Description

The differents phases (EPICs) are:

Phase 1 - build the container image with Konflux, run test with Jenkins, release with Jenkins
Phase 2 - build all artifacts (i.e container image and diskimages) with Konflux, run test with Jenkins, release with Jenkins
Phase 3 - build all artifacts with Konflux, run test with Konflux, release with Jenkins
Phase 4 - build all artifacts with Konflux, run test with Konflux, release with Konflux

2. Acceptance criteria of phase 3

• run Kola, Kola:upgrade and Kola:TestISO tests in parallel against the disk images (contained in the snapshot), for all arches, and for each PR or merged commit.
