As part of moving away from Prow we should investigate a place for us to run our tests inside Red Hat. Options here:

1. coreos-ci (jenkins) running in a itup cluster and running tests there too
2. coreos-ci (jenkins) running in a itup cluster and running tests elsewhere (x86_64 ec2 instance)
3. some combination of konflux+testingfarm
