As part of our discussions on initial install/provisioning we'd like to investigate making the Ignition flow easier as well and one step towards that is removing the requirement that the user transpile the butane config to Ignition JSON separately.

Let's investigate including butane in the initramfs and hooking it in such that it gets triggered if a yaml config is provided.
