Small housekeeping stuff:

A script which I'm using tries to download the latest version of butane for an UPI installation of OpenShift.
Currently I'm encountering an error, because the latest version on the [OpenShift Mirros](https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/clients/butane/) is butane-v0.22.0-1 which does not support machine configs for OCP >= 4.18.

On GitHub the latest release is butane-v0.23.0 which supports machine configs for OCP >= 4.18. Is this on purpose or just a mistake? Thank you!
