OCP provides `crun-wasm` as a tech preview extension that is opt-in. The current OCP 4.19 RHCOS 9.6 builds are failing because it is using an old `crun-wasm` provided in OCP 4.14 that required lldd and llvm version 15. The preview RHEL 9.6 repos are shallow and only contain lldd and llvm version 19 causing a dependency conflict. The RHCOS team has temporarily added the RHEL 9.4 repo to workaround this issue but it would be cleaner if a new build of `crun-wasm` could be used with the RHEL 9.6 repos.
