It looks like we have lost the extensions key in meta.json in the 9.4 based builds:
  * in 4.16 based on 9.2 builds meta.json (https://releases-rhcos-art.apps.ocp-virt.prod.psi.redhat.com/storage/prod/streams/4.16-9.2/builds/416.92.202401191501-0/x86_64/meta.json ) has the extensions key.

• in 4.16 based on 9.4 builds meta.json (https://releases-rhcos-art.apps.ocp-virt.prod.psi.redhat.com/storage/prod/streams/4.16-9.4/builds/416.94.202407251849-0/x86_64/meta.json) does not have the extensions key.

This is breaking the release browser OS contents page (https://releases-rhcos-art.apps.ocp-virt.prod.psi.redhat.com/contents.html?stream=prod/streams/4.16-9.4&release=416.94.202407251849-0&arch=x86_64)
 
It might be a fallout from https://github.com/coreos/coreos-assembler/pull/3765
