We need to be able to take an oci archive ostree container as input. There is an existing org.osbuild.skopeo "source" that we may be able to re-use or we may need to make some sort of org.osbuild.ostree.unencapsulate stage as opposed to the existing org.osbuild.ostree.encapsulate stag.e

Either way we need to be able to get our existing ociarchive container (or any derived container created) as input.
