Remove the podman.workflow and fcos.internet kola tests from the Fedora CoreOS kola denylist. See https://github.com/coreos/coreos-assembler/pull/1478 for some discussion about these two tests.

      A possible implementation is to:

      1. remove fcos.internet altogether as a kola test. there are other tests that verify what is being tested there.
      2. make podman.workflow a non-exclusive, external test in fedora-coreos-config and modify the test to not pull the nginx container, but perhaps the e.g. fedora container image from quay.io instead. We could then run curl inside that container to verify what podman.workflow is testing.
        1. Consider: are there other tests that are testing what podman.workflow is testing? This would allow us to remove podman.workflow as a kola test.
