      Looking at the Epic https://issues.redhat.com/browse/COS-1802. Its evident that it needs to be broken down into bite size chunks. As a developer I would like to gain a better understanding of the epic, and correctly define the required parts for the completion of the epic.

      The purpose of this story is to gain the clarity and define stories to complete the task.
