User Story:

Certain AWS configuration fields in the openshift/api only allows known partition prefix. For example, the field dns.spec.platform.aws.privateZoneIAMRole has the below validation:

In AWS European Sovereign Cloud, ARNs begin with:

arn:aws-eusc:

Thus, we just need to find these marker comment and add the prefix aws-eusc to the list.
