User Story:

From experiment, the pod and service CIDRs can be any ULA IPv6 CIDRs. However, we need to make sure that:

• The default CIDRs do not overlap cloud reserved CIDRs or contains cloud service endpoints.
• The default CIDRs do not overlap OVNKubernetes reserved CIDRs
• if possible, the default works across cloud providers
