      Instances must know the network type. Ensure that MAPG can create the instances linked to an network using IPv6. 

      It appears that the field we need to add/change is 

      instance.PrivateIpv6GoogleAccess = "INHERIT_FROM_SUBNETWORK"

      We can get this field from the infrastructure CR ipFamily.

      Bump the MAPG deps to get the latest infrastructure from openshift/api
