      User Story:

      After IPv6 is supported on upstream AWS ClusterAPI provider (CAPA), the installer can lay the necessary manifests to configure CAPA to provision IPv6-enabled infrastructure.

      Basically, we just need lay down the IPv6 block: AWSCluster.spec.network.vpc.ipv6

      apiVersion: infrastructure.cluster.x-k8s.io/v1beta2
      kind: AWSCluster
      metadata:
        name: cluster-ipv6
        namespace: capa-guest-ns
      spec:
        network:
          vpc:
            ipv6: {}
        region: us-east-1
