Previously, confidentialVM bug https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-36670 was fixed in 4.18, related CI jobs were added to cover confidentialVMs testing, and also improved the post-check to test more generally ( see https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/58007)

As backported bug https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-41300 in 4.17 was verified, backport PR release#58007 to 4.17 to cover the testing in 4.17.
