Any project source that uses GCP endpoints such as the compute service, will have to override the endpoint with the same data that is entered in the installer. 

The infrastructure config should provide these projects with the ability to consume the data. 

1. Figure out what these projects are
2. Ensure the method of how the endpoint information will be provided to these projects/components
