https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/9310 is a workaround for https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker/issues/1847 Once 1847 is resolved, we can revert a10520ccdd2f7edaa187dc8c05e53acd053e1ff7. When testing the revert, check machine provisioning time. If it remains unaffected, the issue has been resolved.
