User Story:

As a (user persona), I want to be able to:

• Create an S3 Bucket and fill it with the ignition data. 
• Cleanup the Bucket when bootstrap is completed and no longer needs this information.

so that I can achieve

• Providing edited ignition information to the bootstrap node for AWS installations. This solution should be the same whether the ignition is edited or not.

CAPA currently creates the bucket. Do we need a different bucket or can we use that one?

Currently this bucket is used for other purposes. Can we remove files from this bucket after bootstrap rather than delete the entire bucket ?
