User Story:

As a (user persona), I want to be able to:

• Update the terraform package. The stages/split files require an update to the interface.
• Add a new function to the interface to parse load balancer information
• The function should accept the stage, directory, terraform dir, the output of the step that was executed, and the tfvars file (as an asset).
• Add the necessary functions to the split.go file.

so that I can achieve

• A function that can/should be executed immediately after the conclusion of the terraform apply of the same stage. 
• Extract the load balancer information from the stage that was just applied.
