      20 Nov 2023: PR has merged. Only follow-up work is to add wavelength zones support once that work merges on master.

      03 Nov 2023: Created PR https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/7676 implementing install supporting shared VPCs, additional security groups, custom tags, bootstrap destroy and bootstrap gather. Missing: private hosted zone, preserve ignition, and local zones.
