Certain cloud platforms may need to add a non-public certificate authority in order to trust endpoints. Certain AWS environments, Azure Stack, OpenStack, and vSphere all have these requirements.
Operators do not have a standard way to mount and use these certificate authorities.
We should write an enhancement to standardize this process across the cluster.
