User Story:

As a user, I want to be able to:

• deploy compute instances using UltraSSD storage
• based on parameter(s) in the install-config.yaml

so that I can achieve

• higher performance for certain workloads

Acceptance Criteria:

Description of criteria:

• An install-config.yaml parameter can be configured to enable UltraSSD disks on each compute root volume.
• The install-config-yaml parameter is added to the explain sub-command.
