• Review/support the work from the ARM team to be able to instantiate an OpenShift instance on the Azure Arm service.

Why is this important?

• Arm is a key platform for OpenShift going forward and we need to bring the cloud providers on board
• There are key customers that require an OpenShift on Arm solution
