Epic Goal
- Deployment of Services in Azure need to leverage ARM/API. To accomplish this task, we remove the dependency on terraform
Why is this important?
- Microsoft requirement for deploying a service in Azure and making the Azure CLI work.
Scenario:
- make the installer plugable so that it can use a 3rd party or support ARM/API deployments
