      Epic Goal

      • Deployment of Services in Azure need to leverage ARM/API. To accomplish this task, we remove the dependency on terraform 

      Why is this important?

      • Microsoft requirement for deploying a service in Azure and making the Azure CLI work.

      Scenario:

      • make the installer plugable so that it can use a 3rd party or support ARM/API deployments 

      Acceptance Criteria

      • CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
      • Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.
