Epic Goal

• Enable a single operation for gathering all the necessary OpenShift content needed to deploy a cluster in an air-gapped environment

Why is this important?

• Simplifies the process for gathering all the content needed to deploy an OpenShift cluster in an air-gapped environment.

Scenarios

1. As an admin, I can use openshift-install to mirror release image and bootimages based on an install-config.yaml, so that the admin no longer has to coordinate between `openshift-install` and `oc` to mirror items necessary to complete a disconnected installation.
2. As an admin, I can use openshift-install to push a release bundle and install from that destination in one command, destination defined via flag

Acceptance Criteria

• Ability to gather and bundle all the necessary OpenShift content in a single operation
• Ability to push bundle to a local container image registry used for the installation
• CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
• Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.
