User Story:

As an OpenShift user, I want to be able to:

• use the OpenShift Installer to create a cluster in Azure Stack Hub

Acceptance Criteria:

Description of criteria:

• Allow AzureStackCloud as an Azure cloud environment in the install config.
• Create infrastructure in ASH using azure stack terraform provider when AzureStackCloud is used as the cloud environment.

(optional) Out of Scope:

There is no expectation that the cluster will install successfully. This card only covers having the installer create the infrastructure.
