• have the subnets created by the installer as large as possible within the machine CIDR

so that I can

• use a machine CIDR that is as small as possible to accommodate the number of nodes that there will be in the cluster.

Acceptance Criteria:

Description of criteria:

• Each subnet created by the installer is of equal size S.
• There exists no size T>S such that the installer could create non-overlapping subnets of size T within the machine CIDR.
