verify clusterNetwork hostPrefix can be configured during live migration

      Customers with huge worker node want to host more pods/node than the limitation of 500 pods/node in the default setup. The limitation is imposed by ClusterNetwork hostPrefix in the network.operator config.

      We want to verify that this hostPrefix can be changed (increased/decreased) along with clusterNetwork cidr during live migration.
